1. Order & Account Information
How do I know if my order was placed successfully? Once you place an order, you will automatically receive an Order Confirmation Email containing your order number and purchase details. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact us at support@cookwaresets.mom.
Can I modify or cancel my order? We try to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make changes, but we will work with you to handle a return if necessary.

2. Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to get my order? We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
How do I track my package? As soon as your order ships, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number. You can click the link in that email or use the Shop App to follow your package's journey in real-time.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to select international locations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your address. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs or import duties.
3. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
How do I start a return? Please email us at support@cookwaresets.mom with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and the return address.
Who pays for return shipping? If the item is being returned due to a change of mind (e.g., ordered the wrong color or size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the shipping costs or provide a replacement free of charge.
4. Product Information
Is your cookware safe and non-toxic? Yes! Safety is our top priority at Cookwaresets.mom. We carefully curate our collections to ensure they meet high safety standards. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific details regarding materials (e.g., PFOA-free, ceramic, stainless steel).
Are the pots and pans dishwasher safe? Most of our cookware sets are dishwasher safe, but we highly recommend checking the specific care instructions on the product page. To prolong the life of non-stick coatings, hand washing is often recommended.
5. Payment & Security
Is my payment information safe? Absolutely. Our store is built on Shopify, which is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. We use SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data. We do not store your credit card details.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as secure digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
